"Rumors are starting to circulate about a possible P&F tour with the Allman Brothers Band. Another rumor has it that Phil is planning a summer tour with Bob Weir and Trey that will cross the country twice consisting of a total of sixty shows (supposedly a third will be on the East coast). Rumors continue to say that John Molo will be on drums and on the keys - Steve Winwood! Allegedly there will be a revolving door of opening bands. If rumors are true, they will be playing primarily stadiums where the parking lots will open very early every day and fans wil be allowed to camp overnight. Hang tight - we'll get our Phil!"

Hmm...could this be true? This is from http://www.philzone.com/

If trey is involved, please tell me when they are set to play the greater LA area so I can schedule myself sitting around my house watching the paint dry that night.

That's a very very good show, rastamon - the Dark Star > It's Up To You > Days Between > Dark Star > My Favorite Things sequence is one of my all time must haves. Phil shines on Days Between.

It's more than just his music, which I don't care for. It's also this, "im the greatest thing since sliced bread thing he has going." I saw an interview with him on Charlie Rose a while back and he was so in love with himself it was sickening. I think he and dave matthews should run off and make music together, they are 2 peas in a pod. Oh by the way, what's he doing touring? didn't he just get busted? Couldn't happen to a nicer guy if you ask me. Kimock on the other hand is a damn fine musician.

I am so ready for a respectable summer tour with a decent lineup (Phil & Bobby would be sweet)
My son is 7 and if I can swing it we are going on tour with a Rainbow Gathering thrown in for good measure.

Well, toss out Trey, and John, replace with Warren, and Billy, and I might have an interest in this.
Having seen John play at an Other Ones show a few years back, I was unimpressed with his mechanical, and clockwork drumming. Trey has always struck me as contrived, and forced. Millions like him, I don't.
Just my 2 cents worth.

In that last post I was replying to the Phil with ABB rumor. I would have a "need" to see multiple shows of that tour. Ticket prices would be undoubtedly ridiculous.
W/Bobby and Trey...I'd see one show, but I'm not a huge Bobby fan (personal preference, not attacking him or anything). Trey is fun with Phil but only in small doses. He kind of does the same thing over and over. He's really good at that "thing," but is not really versatile enough for Phil.

Winwood on the keys - unlikely, but that would be incredible.

Phil, Molo, Trey, Winwood? that would be one helluva show!!
Only Bill Kreutzmann could trump Molo their drummer...add Weir on rhythm guitar = An awesome lineup! I'd pay good money to see that.

Phil, if you're lurking around the forum, please talk to the promoters about squeezing a St. Louis show into the itinerary.

There's that other link on the page about the possibility of a Jerry movie. I have read this elsewhere, but I'm a little surprised there is word about it on Phil's site. And quite frankly, the whole idea of it scares me a little. If it ever comes to pass, I don't doubt that I'll watch it, but my instincts tell me it will be lame.

For what it's worth, I only posted the link to the Trey story because there are some who might be interested. His and Phish's music never did much for me, either. I overheard a conversation at a Chicago Dead bar once during which one guy told another that Terrapin Station sounded very Phish-like. It was all I could do to keep myself from dumping a pitcher over his head.
